Our client is a leading global logistics and supply chain solutions provider with a strong international footprint. They are seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customers across Singapore and Malaysia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, developing long-term customer partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities within complex supply chain environments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic key accounts across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Drive revenue growth and increase share of wallet within existing customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers across customer organizations.
• Partner with customers to understand supply chain challenges and propose value-added logistics solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated freight forwarding and supply chain solutions.
• Lead business reviews, manage customer escalations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and contribute to overall commercial growth targets.
• Monitor account performance, pipeline activities, and market trends through CRM and reporting tools.

What We're Looking For

• Degree-qualified with relevant commercial experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or account management experience, with exposure to freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain solutions.
• Strong knowledge of air freight, ocean freight, contract logistics, and supply chain services.
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing strategic customer accounts.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and develop long-term commercial partnerships.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
