Job Responsibilities
Provide attentive and professional customer service to café guests
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
Assist with cashiering duties and handle payments when required
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the dining area
Support daily café operations, including table setup and clearing
Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
Job Requirements
Prior experience in F&B or customer service will be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
