We are hiring a full-time Events & Marketing Management Trainee to support our marketing campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities

Job Responsibilities

• Represent clients at events, roadshows, and face-to-face marketing activities
• Engage with customers and introduce products, services, or campaigns
• Support customer acquisition and lead generation activities
• Work with the team to execute marketing campaigns and events
• Develop skills in communication, sales, business development, and team management
• Take on additional leadership responsibilities as you gain experience

Training & Development

• Structured onboarding and on-the-job training provided
• Regular coaching and mentoring from experienced team members
• Opportunities to develop into team leadership and management positions
• Opportunities for regional and international training or business trips, depending on business and performance requirements

Requirements

• No prior experience required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work towards targets
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
