Western Cook / Chef de Partie (CDP)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Western dishes according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Manage your assigned kitchen section efficiently during service.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and assist with inventory control.
• Support menu development and contribute new ideas when required.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Western Cook or Chef de Partie is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Western cuisine, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and committed to maintaining high food quality.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
