We are currently looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Merchandiser to enhance our product visibility and drive sales across our retail and digital platforms.

The Role As our Marketing Merchandiser, you will bridge the gap between marketing strategies and on-the-ground retail execution. You will be responsible for ensuring our tech products are presented attractively, promotional campaigns are executed flawlessly, and inventory is aligned with our marketing goals to maximize customer engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful in-store and online visual merchandising strategies for laptops, PC components, and accessories.

• Collaborate with top tech brands and internal teams to roll out promotional campaigns, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and product launches.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels for promotional items to ensure consistent product availability during peak campaign periods.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on the latest tech retail trends and consumer preferences.

• Analyze sales data and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and improve future merchandising strategies.

• Ensure brand consistency and pricing accuracy across all display areas.

Skills & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in retail merchandising, trade marketing, or visual merchandising.

• A strong interest in or knowledge of computer hardware, gaming setups, and tech gadgets is highly preferred.

• Excellent creative eye for visual displays and a solid understanding of consumer buying behavior.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with vendors and brand representatives.

• Proactive, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
