Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding their business needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support account growth and retention.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise account value.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations where required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support for clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in B2B or solution selling is an advantage.
