Must hold a valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certificate.

Good knowledge of Singapore Work Permit (WP), S Pass and Employment Pass (EP) policies and requirements.

Responsible for preparing and submitting WP, S Pass and EP applications to MOM.

Follow up on application status and handle Work Pass issuance, renewal, transfer and cancellation .

Responsible for Work Pass issuance procedures and required documentation .

Arrange and purchase the required insurance policies for foreign workers.

Familiar with MOM eServices and Employment Agency-related procedures.

Handle client and candidate documentation, data entry and administrative matters.

Previous experience in an Employment Agency or Work Pass application is preferred.

Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
