Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative tasks: Data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
• Enrollment and registration: Coordinate processes, collect fees, and update student records.
• Communication: Act as a point of contact for students and parents, disseminate information, and address inquiries.
• Supplies and inventory: Monitor and maintain educational materials, office supplies, and equipment.
• Marketing support: Assists in planning and execute marketing campaigns, including social media posts
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to develop engaging content for marketing platforms including social media posts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A diploma in HR and administration, Business Management, Marketing or related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of team.
• Strong organization skills and attention to details.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing technologies and trends
