Kerja Sepenuh Masa SVP, Gaji tinggi SGD 15,000 di RESONA MERCHANT BANK ASIA LIMITED Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

This position reports directly to the Deputy CEO. He is responsible for driving business and his key responsibilities include:

1)   Managing a team of relationship managers.

2)   Attainment of annual revenue budget and loan assets targets set by the Bank.

3)   Developing new deals/businesses

4)   Marketing of the Bank’s products and services to new and existing customers.    

5)   Servicing the Bank’s existing clientele base and maximize returns on each customer portfolio for the Bank.

6)   Pro-actively manage the loan portfolio so as to ensure that the Bank does not incur any credit losses.

7)   Ensure compliance of regulatory requirements, for example, single borrowing legal lending limit.

8)   Ensure no major audit issues / matters are raised by internal and external auditors, including MAS.

9)   Coach and guide relationship managers in the department.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree

2. 15 years of experience in corporate banking

3. Proficient in both written and spoken Japanese to effectively communicate with Japanese
Stakeholders and management in Head Office.
