Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and business development to quotation, negotiation and deal closure.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities within the precision engineering, automation, machinery or related industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and work closely with Engineering, Design, Production and Project teams to develop suitable solutions and proposals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, customer feedback and market updates to management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in precision engineering, automation, machinery, manufacturing or a related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Established industry network and customer relationships will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of commercial negotiation, pricing and profitability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
