- Job Role Description:
- Communicate and review sale teams' sales performance metrics against key performance indicators.
- Conduct negotiation of sales agreements.Handle complex customer enquiries.
- Lead follow-up with clients to close sales.
- Manage sales channels and database of sales leads.
- Participate in relevant industry events for networking.
- Strong ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent decision-making and leadership skills.
- Exposure to high-growth projects and innovative markets.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
