Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of infrastructure, facilities and engineering-related projects.
• Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Review and monitor project submissions, drawings and documents.
• Assist in site coordination, progress tracking and project administration.
• Support engagement sessions with clinical and non-clinical users to gather requirements and coordinate project needs.
• Assist in translating operational and user requirements into technical and design inputs.

Skills

• Able to read and understand technical drawings and project documentation.
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications& Experience

§ Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management ,or a related discipline.

§  At least 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, construction, building services, MEP,facilities management, or project delivery roles.
