Job Summary

Manage accounting, secretarial, and tax client portfolios by delivering accurate financial reports, handling regulatory filings, and maintaining professional client communication to support business compliance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounting, secretarial, and tax clients to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Respond professionally to client queries and requests to maintain strong client relationships
• Perform data entry using systems such as Xero, AutoCount, and MS Office to maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules to facilitate client decision-making and compliance
• Handle online filings with regulatory bodies including ACRA, IRAS, and CPF to ensure statutory compliance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma, degree, or professional qualification in accounting or a related discipline
• Experience in an accounting firm, corporate service provider, or outsourced accounting environment is advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility to follow work through to completion
• Clear communication skills with clients and team members
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience is preferred but not required
• Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply
