You will work with Demand Planning, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, country teams and Global Supply Chain to keep products available while managing inventory exposure and working capital. You will also lead the supply review within APAC’s S&OP process, giving leaders clear visibility of constraints, risks and decisions.
This role is based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
1. APAC supply and replenishment planning
- Own the APAC supply plan, translating the agreed demand forecast into purchase, replenishment and inventory plans across markets
- Work with Demand Planning to identify gaps between demand and available supply, and resolve material constraints before they affect operations
- Manage replenishment parameters, including safety stock, reorder points, minimum order quantities, lead times and months of supply
- Monitor open purchase orders and inbound supply, adjusting orders and priorities as business needs change
2. Commercial and product alignment
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing and country teams to plan for launches, promotions, customer requirements and market expansion
- Make supply availability, lead times, inventory exposure and working-capital implications clear when business priorities change
- Plan for new products, range changes and end-of-life transitions while reducing shortages and excess stock
3. Global supply coordination and risk management
- Serve as APAC’s supply-planning link with JGL / China and Global Supply Chain
- Provide forward visibility of APAC purchase requirements to support sourcing, production and capacity planning
- Identify production constraints, long lead times and delayed supply early; assess their business impact and coordinate mitigation
4. Inventory and working-capital management
- Monitor inventory across markets, including on-hand, in-transit, low-stock, slow-moving and obsolete positions
- Balance product availability with inventory turns, months of supply and working-capital requirements
- Recommend reallocations, order changes or other corrective actions to address shortages and excess inventory
- Partner with Finance on the financial implications of material supply and inventory decisions
5. S&OP and decision support
- Lead the supply-review component of APAC’s S&OP process, bringing together supply, inventory, purchase orders and demand requirements
- Present material risks, trade-offs and recommendations to APAC leadership
- Track agreed actions and coordinate follow-through across regional, country and Global teams
6. Planning governance and improvement
- Establish consistent supply-planning processes, reporting and data across APAC
- Maintain visibility of inventory health, inbound supply, open purchase orders and key supply risks
- Clarify decision rights and escalate material inventory or working-capital commitments through the appropriate channels
- Improve planning tools, processes and regional S&OP practices as the business grows
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply planning, inventory planning, replenishment, materials planning or a related supply-chain function
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Experience owning supply or inventory plans across multiple markets, countries or business units, ideally in APAC
- Strong practical knowledge of replenishment and inventory principles, including safety stock, reorder points, minimum order quantities, lead times and months of supply
- A track record of turning demand forecasts into purchase and replenishment plans, including managing international or intercompany purchase orders and long lead-time supply
- Experience managing product availability, inventory turns, excess and obsolete stock, and working-capital trade-offs
- Experience contributing to or leading the supply component of an S&OP or IBP process, including planning for new products and product transitions
- Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP, planning or BI tools; experience with NetSuite or other planning platforms is an advantage
- Sound commercial judgement and the ability to explain supply risks and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across functions and levels
- Experience in sporting goods, consumer products, footwear, apparel, lifestyle or FMCG is preferred; APICS CPIM, CSCP or an equivalent certification is an advantage
- Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively across cultures in a growing regional organisation
