DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the Scheduling of staff.
• Leading the operation of food & beverage service crew.
• Responsible for Planning, organizing, delegating and controlling
• To follow the principle of the Cost Reduction Program on a daily basis while performing within the workplace
• To perform any other tasks deemed necessary for the smooth operation of the organization.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of equipment and in Service area
• Coordinates availability of all menu items needed for a proper service, monitors with kitchen staff regularly before and during service inform waiter/ss accordingly
• Executes any task assigned to him within his responsibilities and capabilities
• Maintains by good behaviour and attitude the good example to his staff on grooming, hygiene and interest in his profession, position and work.
• To perform any other tasks deemed necessary for the smooth operation of the organization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
