Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers by providing excellent service and a positive shopping experience.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences.
• Provide accurate product information and basic product knowledge to customers.
• Support daily store operations including stock arrangement, product tagging, replenishment, and housekeeping.
• Assist in achieving daily sales targets and store performance goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Job Requirements

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Confident in approaching and assisting customers.
• Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge, especially in footwear and bags.
• Strong teamwork, discipline, and positive working attitude.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
