About the role:

Join A2 Automation Sdn. Bhd., a growing system integrator specializing in ELV, ICT, Security, and Automation Solutions. As a System Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality security and technology solutions to our clients. This position offers hands-on exposure to CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Intercom, and Smart Security Systems across various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the installation or repair of equipment, software, or other systems.
• Diagnosed, troubleshoot, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and perform repairs as necessary.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Manage system documentation in terms of project checklist.
• Respond to customer service request to troubleshooting security system equipment and complete on-site repair based on project warranty.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationship with customers.
• Attend risk assessment as per requested.
• Ready for any on-call duty based on project requirement.
• Need to travel to all project sites if required.
• Perform any ad hoc task assigned by immediate superior; project engineer, project coordinator, project manager and others.

Requirements:

• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electronic, IT, Networking, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for project assignments.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
