Job description

• Handle customer enquiries and bookings, and issue the necessary quotations.
• Regularly monitor bookings to ensure accuracy and track any changes to booking details.
• Monitor cargo readiness, including timely preparation, accurate measurements, weight, and packing type.
• Work closely with vendors (e.g., truckers, fitters, etc.) and customers to ensure cargo is loaded and delivered on time.
• Collect the necessary documents from customers to support customs documentation preparation.
• Hand over complete customer documentation and job files to the Documentation team for customs processing.
• Coordinate closely with the Documentation and Operations teams to ensure timely customs clearance and on-time loading/delivery onto vessels.
• Keep customers updated on final loading and/or delivery status, generate invoices, and close bookings accordingly.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Malaysia citizen.
