Tanggungjawab

A. PU3 Restaurant Sales

  • Handle customer enquiries, reservations, catering and bulk orders, primarily

  • Prepare quotations, confirm orders and follow up on customer payments.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and ensure proper handovers to Wani.

B. IVORY Sales

  • Handle wedding, corporate and private event enquiries.

  • Conduct venue viewings and present packages to prospective clients.

  • Prepare quotations, follow up with potential customers and secure confirmed bookings.

  • Participate in sales roadshows and promotional events when required.

C. Sales Administration

  • Maintain customer databases and update sales pipelines.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and monitor outstanding leads.

  • Support other sales-related duties assigned by management.
