Role

We are seeking a motivated and curious Business Development Intern to support the growth of Libeara. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in Financial Services and the blockchain / digital assets space, who is keen to gain hands-on exposure in a regulated fintech environment.

You will work closely with the Business Development team to support market research, partnership development, and go-to-market initiatives across institutional and digital asset ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Support the identification and research of potential clients, partners, and commercial opportunities across Financial Services and digital asset ecosystems
• Assist in preparing outreach materials, presentations, and meeting briefs for prospective partners and clients
• Conduct market and competitive analysis on tokenisation, real-world assets (RWA), and blockchain-enabled capital markets
• Track and maintain business development pipelines, CRM updates, and meeting notes
• Support the development of go-to-market (GTM) materials and internal briefing documents
• Assist in coordinating meetings and follow-ups with internal stakeholders across Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering teams
• Contribute to research on regulatory and market developments relevant to digital assets and tokenised financial products

Requirements

• Strong interest in Financial Services, Fintech, Capital Markets, or Web3 / Blockchain
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesise information clearly
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
• Prior internship experience in finance, consulting, or startups is a plus, but not required
