Job Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the department.
• Assist with data entry, validation, reconciliation and maintenance of records.
• Prepare letters, reports, documents and other administrative materials.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on administrative matters.
• Maintain proper filing systems, documentation and databases.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules and logistical arrangements.
• Respond to general enquiries and provide day-to-day administrative assistance.
• Support reporting and preparation of relevant documentation.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'A' Levels, diploma, or Certificate in Business Administration/Management.
• Can start immediately or on short notice
• Minimum one year of administrative experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
