Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the durian and fruit shop.
• Handle durian selection, opening, packing and presentation according to company standards.
• Check the quality, freshness and condition of durians and other fruits.
• Monitor stock levels, receiving of goods and daily inventory movement.
• Assist in daily sales operations, cashiering and payment collection when required.
• Support promotional activities and seasonal sales campaigns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fruit shop, durian business, retail or similar environment.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of durians and other fresh fruits is preferred.
• Able to identify fruit quality, freshness and defects.
• Must possess a valid Driving License.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel & MS Word.
• Responsible, reliable and able to work independently.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
