Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and relevant standards.
• Establish and maintain quality policies, procedures, work instructions, quality plans.
• Conduct and manage internal, external, certification, and project quality audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee quality inspections, testing activities, and quality control processes for materials, workmanship, and completed works.
• Monitor and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), defects, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, client requirements, industry standards, and contractual specifications.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, certification bodies, suppliers, and subcontractors on quality-related matters.
• Evaluate and monitor supplier and subcontractor performance, including audits, material approvals, and quality submissions.
• Analyze quality KPIs, audit findings, customer feedback, and performance trends, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the QA/QC team while promoting a culture of quality, accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in construction quality management.
• 5 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing QA/QC functions.
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent quality certification.
• Other relevant quality management certifications will be advantageous.
• Experience in building construction projects, A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects, Infrastructure or civil engineering projects, Design-and-build projects, or government and private sector developments will be an advantage.
