Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Learning Designer to develop engaging learning content and training materials. The successful candidate will work with subject-matter experts and internal teams to create effective learning experiences for employees and learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning materials and training content.
• Create e-learning modules, presentations, and learning resources.
• Work with subject-matter experts to develop course content.
• Apply instructional design principles to learning programs.
• Review and improve existing training materials.
• Support learning projects and content updates.
• Evaluate learner feedback and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Education, Learning Design, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in learning design, instructional design, training, or content development is preferred.
• Good understanding of adult learning principles.
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Creative and detail-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with e-learning or authoring tools is an advantage.
• Good project-management and organizational skills.
