Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quantity Surveyor, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Qul Holdings (M) Johor - Maukerja

• Review, approve and assist subcontractors with registration in the e-Registration system.
• Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BQ) for quotations and tenders in accordance with the required standards.
• Prepare, upload and verify quotation/tender documents in the e-Procurement system.
• Prepare meeting briefing papers and present quotation and tender evaluation reports.
• Manage subcontractor appointments, including the preparation of appointment letters and related documents.
• Process subcontractor payments, conduct site evaluations, issue payment certificates and verify supporting payment documents according to the checklist.
• Process claims to BKP, conduct site evaluations, issue claim invoices and complete all supporting claim documents according to the checklist.
• Carry out pre-contract activities for projects other than PJK6, including preparing quotations and participating in tender submissions.
• Carry out post-contract administration for projects other than PJK6, ensuring contractual compliance, conducting site evaluations and preparing monthly claim documents.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
• Handle CMGD / Defects Liability Period (DLP) matters
• Prepare and manage contract documentation.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
