Job Responsibilities
Handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank reconciliation and full sets of accounts.
Manage payment schedules and follow up on outstanding payments.
Prepare daily and weekly financial reports for Management.
Prepare daily sales, bank balance and credit card reconciliation reports.
Handle GST submissions, audit documentation and financial records.
Liaise with auditors, banks, government authorities and external parties on accounting matters.
Manage petty cash, reimbursements and bank deposits.
Prepare fixed asset depreciation reports and commission statements.
Conduct monthly inventory stock takes and manage asset/inventory disposal and write-offs.
Assist with e-commerce payment reconciliation and related accounting matters.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field will be a bonus
Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
