We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Talent Onboarding/Recruitment Admin Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our candidate pipeline. You will be responsible for getting our job openings in front of the right eyes, guiding candidates through the application processes, and driving numbers to ensure the team hits its monthly performance targets. What You’ll Experience:

• Explore the Talent Market:
• Get hands-on exposure to how companies attract candidates, where talents can be found, and what makes people interested in a role.
• Create Better Job Visibility:
• Support the team in making job opportunities more visible and appealing across different recruitment channels.
• Connect with Candidates:
• Learn how to engage with candidates professionally, guide them through simple application steps, and create a smooth first impression.
• Understand Recruitment Data
• Get involved in basic tracking to see how candidates move through the hiring journey, from interest to application completion.
• Share Fresh Ideas:
• Bring in your perspective on how to make the candidate journey more engaging, especially for young talents and early-career job seekers.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
