Prepare Letter of Appointment (LOA) for IEPL & subcontractors’ teams
Apply for Notification for Commencement of Earthworks submissions and manage all related documentation which includes renewing of plant maps and applications
Prepare & maintain version control of Project & Safety Files for each project
Handle printing, laminating, and distribution of on-site documents, including safety posters, permits, and signage
Assist in MHA clearance forms, Jurong Island Pass applications, and Safety Induction Course & Project Safety Review name list
Maintain control of all incoming and outgoing documents digitally & hardcopy (Pipe Installation Report, Cable Cutting Record, Service & Maintenance Report)
Support the Project Engineer with day-to-day paperwork and coordination work
Assist in scheduling meetings and taking down key notes or action items.
Assist in preparing documentation packages for client or internal submission
Requirements:
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong time management skills
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage tight deadlines
Basic knowledge in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Established in 2013, Integrate Engineers Pte Ltd is one of Singapore’s civil contractors specializing in the installation high voltage cables. IEPL is equipped with specialized machineries and tools to carry out the installation of cables up to 400kv, which is the maximum transmission voltage in Singapore.
Beyond civil construction work, IEPL is also engaged in other high voltage cables and equipment related activities. These include the provision electrical engineering services. IEPL has the expertise in testing and commissioning of high voltage cables up to 400kV, carrying out maintenance of switchgear and transformer and jointing of optic fibers and auxiliary cables.
With the above capabilities, IEPL is able to provide an integrated service in the installation, testing and commissioning of high voltage cables.
