Job Summary

Responsible for managing and maintaining the operations of a Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) in compliance with Malaysian Customs requirements. The role involves controlling imported raw materials, finished goods, inventory records, customs documentation, and ensuring proper reporting and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day LMW warehouse operations and inventory movements.
• Maintain accurate records of imported raw materials, components, finished goods, scrap, and other controlled materials.
• Prepare and submit relevant Royal Malaysian Customs declarations, applications, and supporting documents.
• Monitor the movement of goods into and out of the LMW in accordance with approved procedures.
• Ensure customs documentation, permits, invoices, delivery orders, and supporting records are complete and accurate.
• Monitor inventory balances and reconcile physical stock against system and customs records.
• Coordinate with Customs officers, freight forwarders, transporters, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Assist with customs inspections, audits, stock verification, and compliance checks.
• Monitor duty/tax implications and ensure proper treatment of controlled or dutiable goods.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for customs and LMW audit purposes.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic LMW/customs reports and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, Customs regulations, and other applicable requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse and customs-control processes.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Customs, or a related field.
• Experience in LMW, customs, warehouse, import/export, or manufacturing operations is preferred.
• Good understanding of Malaysian Customs procedures and LMW requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse/ERP systems.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and handle customs audits or inspections.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
