Job Title:
Outlet Supervisor / Manager (Retail) – F.O.R Factory Outlet (Ipoh)

We are a leading Factory Outlet in Malaysia, offering authentic branded fashion at affordable prices. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Outlet Supervisor / Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service and lead our retail team towards achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
• Lead, train and motivate staff while monitoring attendance, performance and task delegation.
• Monitor daily sales performance, outlet KPIs and achievement of sales targets.
• Manage inventory, stock arrangement, product displays and stock replenishment.
• Oversee cash handling, daily cash reconciliation and accurate sales reporting.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Monitor staff performance and delegate tasks effectively.
• Plan and execute in-store promotions and sales campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards and outlet cleanliness, and report outlet performance directly to management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Multimedia or related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in retail, fashion outlet, boutique or a related field; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Good knowledge of retail operations, customer service, inventory management and sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Creative, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment,
• Good knowledge of customer service and team management.
