Responsibilities

• Configure all EUCDs with standard operating system and all approved software before deployment.
• Configure existing and new EUCDs to allow authorized end-users to access all the standard desktop software, application, and network resources.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve of EUCDs issues via ticketing tools. Ensure all SLA are met.
• Support day to day IT operation on asset and patch management.
• Develop, implement, and administer IT projects pertaining to user computing using wired or wireless technology.
• Update/review documentation on EUCDs related. Developing user guides and provides FAQ to Service Desk (Level 1) support.
• Work closely with Operation Manager and Agency’s Technology Manager to ensure that projects/implementation are implemented successfully and on schedule.
• Good Communication and soft skill required dealing with external customers.
• Able to work on rotating weekend duties and scheduled evening IT activities.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
