Key Requirements

• 10–20 years of experience in SAP F2S (Forecast to Supply) and MM (Materials Management).
• Proven experience with 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementations and 2–3 data migration cycles.
• Lead data profiling, cleansing, validation, and mapping for F2S master data.
• Manage complex data transformation and migration rules using SAP Data Management tools.
• Configure DME structures to enable seamless transactional data exchange.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across materials, BOMs, routings, and work centers.
• Identify and resolve complex data bottlenecks and integration issues between legacy systems and SAP S/4HANA.
• Integrate SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) with the S/4HANA core.
• Connect and align F2S processes with Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate supply chain requirements and business goals into effective IT solutions.
• Lead hypercare support and troubleshoot complex system issues following go-live.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom enhancements and ABAP developments.
• Strong understanding of SAP supply chain processes, data integration, and cross-functional dependencies.
