Job description:

• Supervise daily hatchery operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity
• Monitor incubation, hatching, and chick handling processes to maintain quality standards
• Ensure all hatchery equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
• Manage and train hatchery staff to follow biosecurity and operational protocols
• Oversee egg handling, setting, candling, and transfer procedures
• Maintain accurate records of hatchery performance, egg sets, and hatch rates
• Coordinate with the Hatchery Manager and other departments for scheduling
• Implement and enforce strict biosecurity and hygiene practices
• Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend improvements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements:

• Candidates with qualification of Diploma and Degree in Animal Husbandry / Animal Science or equivalent will be an added advantage
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Self motivated and hardworking.
• Applicant must be willing to work at Alor Gajah, Melaka

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
