Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain customer relationships and key accounts growth
Build and manage a Retail chain account personally and lead 3 Key Account Managers to meet retail business objectives.
Lead in internal and external business reviews, key accounts performance and key accounts’ brands deliverables.
Negotiate with key accounts on deliverables, trading terms, space buys, listings and other requirements.
Lead key accounts team towards sales targets and managing trade budget, distribution, brand and financial objectives.
2. Product and market deliverables
Plan and drive sell-in and sell-out via key accounts promotion execution, new listing, assortment optimization, planogram compliance, on-shelf availability, in-store merchandising,
Timely activation/promotional set-up (e.g. secondary displays, POSMs and/or road shows).
Attend and contribute to periodic meetings, e.g. brands meeting, principals meeting, heads of department meeting, sales & supply chain meeting, etc.
3. Team leadership
Guide Key Accounts Managers and Merchandisers to achieve excellence in in-store merchandising, stocks replenishment, planogram compliance, promotional execution and managing stocks return.
Collaborate with commercial teams and multi-functional teams to achieve brand and in-market objectives, demand planning and forecasting, supply chain and logistics, etc.
Ensure compliance with company policy, trade practices and business ethics.
4. Any other commercial and/or operational tasks as assigned.
Pre-Requisites:
1. Minimum Diploma holders with 10years’ experience in FMCG industry and sales management.
2. Proven experience managing major retail chain accounts with multiple categories, including trading terms negotiation, promotions planning, new product listings, assortment, planogram compliance, trade budget management and monthly reporting.
3. Strong leadership capability with experience managing Key Account Managers, merchandisers or field sales teams to deliver sales targets and in-store execution standards.
4. Sound commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales performance, market trends, customer data and financial metrics to support business decisions.
5. Excellent negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to lead internal and external business reviews.
6. Ability to work closely with principals, brand teams, supply chain, finance, logistics and other cross-functional teams to achieve brand, key accounts and operational objectives.
7. High level of integrity, accountability and professionalism, with strong compliance to company policies, trade practices and business ethics.

Frosts Food & Beverage (Pte) Ltd
Frosts Food & Beverage started its operations in 1996, at our present location in Tuas. Our 27,000 square feet facility has 3 large freezer rooms with a total capacity of about 500 standard pallet space, chiller rooms and dry goods storage space. Starting off primarily with import and distribution activities, we have since started a sister company ( Quix Pte Ltd ) that does fresh Food Processing on site. With this new activity, we now service all the major convenience store chains and petrol stations, supplying them with an interesting basket of goods. We are able to service them by breaking bulk for fresh items and dealing with very specialized Freeze – Thaw logistics. As a result, we are an ideal distributor for product lines which have shorter shelf lives in a “fresh” condition and would require smaller but more frequent visits to the outlets.
