We are a growing authentic Indian Kerala restaurant in Singapore serving South Indian, Kerala, and North Indian cuisine. As we expand to multiple outlets and central kitchen, we are looking for a Business Risk Manager to protect the business, ensure compliance, and support sustainable growth.

You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks across F&B operations, finance, supply chain, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Risk: Review kitchen, outlet, and delivery SOPs. Ensure food safety, hygiene, and staff safety standards are met
• Compliance Risk: Ensure compliance with SFA, NEA, MOM, MOM work pass, CPF, and F&B licensing requirements
• Financial Risk: Monitor cash flow, cost control, inventory shrinkage, supplier credit, and fraud prevention
• Supply Chain Risk: Assess vendor risk for vegetables, meat, seafood, and dry goods. Ensure business continuity during price volatility
• HR & Workplace Risk: Support HR on work pass compliance, work injury, and workplace safety. Ensure fair employment practices
• Brand & Reputation Risk: Handle customer complaints, food incidents, and social media issues. Implement crisis management plan
• Insurance & Contracts: Review supplier, rental, and insurance contracts. Ensure adequate coverage
• Reporting: Prepare monthly risk report to Directors with recommendations and action plans
