Job Summary
The Programme Assistant will support the execution the weekend programmes and activities at Pop-Up RC @ OKA Migrant Worker Community Village.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation, set-up and tear-down of programme venues, activity areas, equipment and materials.
Support the smooth execution of weekend events, programmes and activities.
Engage and interact with migrant workers in a friendly, respectful and professional manner.
Assist in coordinating recreational, educational, sports and community engagement activities.
Manage programme materials, equipment and other event-related items.
Attend to enquiries and provide assistance where appropriate.
Perform any other duties related to events and programmes as assigned.
Job Requirements
Start work in Mid-October 2026.
Work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
Able to commit six (6) months. Contract may be extended for up to one (1) year, subject to programme requirements and the relevant approval.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant and service-oriented personality.
Comfortable interacting with people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
Responsible, proactive and able to work well in a team.
Able to work in a fast-paced event environment and assist with physical event set-up and logistics.
Prior experience in event, programme, community engagement or customer service work will be an advantage.
