Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the market for products and services.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors and customers to drive sustainable business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives and achieve strategic objectives.
Key Requirements
Degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biomedical Science, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Engineering Science, Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, Biological Chemistry, Food Science & Technology, Food Technology, or other related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented.
Positive team player with a willingness to learn.
