Job Description:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care aligned with unit goals, standards, and assigned shift duties
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes impacting care
• Ensure accurate patient handover, follow doctor’s orders, and report incidents
• Conduct patient rounds, reassess care plans, and prioritize based on patient needs
• Assist doctors during rounds and procedures while providing patient support
• Execute treatment plans and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families
• Educate patients and families on care, treatment, and health management
• Support unit operations, including administration and coverage in the Unit Manager’s absence
• Ensure accurate billing for procedures, equipment, and consumables
• Maintain adequate stock and ensure sterility and safety of supplies

Requirement:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Post-basic or specialist certification in a relevant field (BLS, ACLS, MTLS, PALS and NRP)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
