Job Responsibilities

The Head of Digital Delivery is accountable for end-to-end delivery of digital investment products under IT. This role ensures business strategy is translated into executable delivery roadmaps, with strong governance across scope, timeline, cost, quality, risk, and regulatory compliance. The role acts as the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes, working closely with business, architecture, engineering, security, operations, and vendors.

• The candidate should equip with experienced investment domain knowledge
• The candidate should be able to deliver clear and concise presentation to the stakeholders
• The candidate should be able to lead the formulation and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy to enhance the investment digital journey for customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Investment Product Delivery: Own delivery roadmap, manage Agile/Hybrid execution, ensure release readiness and operational stability.
2. Programme & Project Governance: Provide delivery governance, manage scope changes, escalate and resolve delivery risks.
3. Architecture & Solution Oversight: Review solution designs, guide technical decisions, ensure scalability, security and resilience.
4. AI Domain Knowledge:

• Strong business analytic skillsets to work with products team.
• Strong knowledge of AI implementation experiences
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance of AI developed products
• Strong knowledge of security governance on AI developed products

5.Quality, Risk & Regulatory Readiness: Embed quality assurance, secure SDLC practices and regulatory compliance into delivery lifecycle

6.Vendor & Partner Delivery Management: Manage vendors, integrations, acceptance criteria and transition to operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• 10+ years in technology delivery with 3–5 years in senior delivery leadership roles
• Strong Investment domain knowledge
• Strong executive communication skills, programme management capability, and experience in regulated environments
