Launch or Elevate Your Pilates Teaching Career

About Us

At Pilates Fitness, we believe Pilates is far more than exercise—it's intelligent retraining of the body to move better, feel stronger and live with greater confidence.

Our instructors teach Reformer Pilates with a strong foundation in biomechanics, postural assessment and evidence-based Pilates principles. Rather than following fixed choreography, every class is thoughtfully adapted to the people in the room. Whether a client is recovering from injury, managing pain, improving posture or building strength, our instructors analyse movement, identify compensations, and modify exercises to suit each individual's needs.

We are looking for instructors who enjoy problem-solving through movement—not simply leading exercise classes. Every client presents differently, and we value instructors who can think critically, adapt confidently, and teach with purpose. While every class follows the objectives of its class type, our instructors have the professional freedom to programme exercises based on what will best benefit their clients on any given day.

Just as importantly, we strive to create a welcoming, non-judgemental and motivating environment where clients feel safe to progress at their own pace and enjoy Pilates as a lifelong practice.

At Pilates Fitness, you'll never teach alone. We believe in a team-first culture—we work with each other, for each other. Our instructors support, mentor and learn from one another, and we are passionate about developing the next generation of movement professionals. Whether you're an experienced instructor or have recently completed your Reformer certification, you'll receive guidance, feedback and ongoing mentorship to continue developing your teaching skills. Pilates Instructor Trainees who have completed their Reformer certification are also warmly encouraged to apply.

Compensation: Up to $100 per teaching hour, depending on audition performance, teaching ability and tenure.
