• Introduction to company culture, policies, and work practices.
• Orientation on key software, tools, and systems used within the organization.
• Introduction to the QAQC department, team structure, and individual roles.
• Job shadowing with supervisors and team members to gain exposure to daily operations and basic QAQC tasks.
• Familiarization with the QAQC documentation system and filing procedures.
• Introduction to strength test reports (cube, cylinder, and prism), casting checklist records, and final checklist reports.
• Training on report printing, scanning, document binding, courier arrangements, and email handling procedures.
• Observe and assist QAQC personnel with daily documentation activities.
• Assist in the preparation and updating of daily QAQC records and strength test reports.
• Organize, photocopy, and maintain QAQC documentation.
• Support document scanning, printing, and filing activities.
• Ensure proper document control and record management practices are followed.
• Continue preparing and updating cube, cylinder, and prism test reports.
• Assist in maintaining casting checklist and final checklist documentation.
• Support report compilation, organization, and filing activities.
• Ensure reports are accurately recorded and retrievable within the filing system.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain in-progress QAQC reports.
• Coordinate report printing, binding, scanning, and distribution activities.
• Maintain accurate report records and ensure proper document filing.
• Support the ongoing management and improvement of the QAQC filing and documentation system.
• Ensure all QAQC documentation is completed, archived, and maintained in accordance with company procedures.

Pay: RM650.00 per month
