Kerja Sepenuh Masa Production Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di EPE PACKAGING (M) SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY

1. Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure all equipment and machinery are in good working condition.

2. Monitor and ensure all machine breakdowns are attended to promptly and resolved effectively.

3. Assign and oversee maintenance tasks to technicians and ensure work is completed according to schedule.

4. Execute and monitor preventive maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance plan.

5. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to machines and equipment.

6. Ensure proper maintenance records, reports, and documentation are updated accurately.

7. Monitor spare parts usage and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.

8. Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety procedures and company policies.

9. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.

10. Coordinate with production team to minimize machine downtime and support production requirements.

11. Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to environmental (GREEN) practices in maintenance areas.

12. Support implementation of QMS (including IATF 16949 requirements), EMS, and OHSMS requirements in maintenance operations.

13. Report major breakdowns, recurring issues, and maintenance performance to the superior.

14. Train and guide maintenance technicians to improve skills and performance.

15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
