Responsibilities
Provide onsite Level 2 EUC and desktop support
Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, printers, and peripherals
Support Intune, Entra ID, meeting rooms, collaboration tools, and Deep Freeze
Install, configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices
Handle incidents, service requests, and escalations within SLA
Support user onboarding, device setup, and software installation
Manage IT assets, inventory, tracking, and handover
Maintain technical documentation and support records
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in EUC L2, Desktop Support, Service Desk, or IT Infrastructure Support
Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office / M365, Intune, and Entra ID
Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and meeting room technologies
Knowledge of asset management
Microsoft, ITIL, or CompTIA certification is advantageous
Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
