This is an exciting opportunity to join JESS Technology. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to our senior leadership team, ensuring the efficient and smooth running of day-to-day operations. The role is based in Selangor.

What you'll be doing

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Review, and support financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow analyses and management accounts to provide insights on the company’s financial performance.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis to help identify trends and inform decision-making.

Cash Flow & Financial Operations

• Monitor daily cash positions, assist with cash flow planning and help manage general financial operations to support business needs.

Admin

• Assist Director in overseeing all administrative aspects of the management including supply chain dept.

• Perform Ad hoc assignment from the Management.
