Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Registration & Customer Service
• Greet and register patients politely.
• Verify patient information and update records.
• Assist in appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Ensure patients are attended to promptly and courteously.
• Clinical Support
• Prepare consultation rooms before and after patient visits.
• Assist the doctor during examination and minor procedures.
• Dispense and label medication accurately as per doctor’s instructions.
• Ensure adequate stock of medical supplies and consumables.
• Administrative Duties
• Handle billing, payment, and insurance/panel claims.
• Record daily patient visits and maintain proper filing.
• Assist in preparing reports and submitting claims to relevant panels.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene
• Maintain cleanliness of consultation rooms, treatment areas, and waiting areas.
• Ensure proper disposal of clinical waste and adhere to infection control procedures.
• Other Duties
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the doctor or management.

Quirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Nursing, Medical Assistant, or related field.
• Able to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
