An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Acquisition Finance practice of a leading international law firm in Singapore.

Working as part of a highly regarded finance team, you'll advise private equity sponsors, financial institutions, direct lenders and corporate borrowers on a broad range of sophisticated financing transactions. The role offers exposure to leveraged and acquisition finance, syndicated lending and other complex financing matters, with the opportunity to work on high-value cross-border mandates across Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

Requirements

• 2 years' PQE gained at a leading international or top-tier law firm.

• Experience advising on acquisition finance, leveraged finance, syndicated lending or other complex financing transactions.

• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.

• Experience working directly with clients and alongside multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Singapore, England & Wales or another relevant common law qualification, with experience in sophisticated finance transactions.
