Job Responsibilities:


Supervise daily warehouse outbound operations, including picking, packing, sorting, and shipment activities.
Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered within the required timeline.
Monitor warehouse productivity and improve operational efficiency to achieve KPIs.
Lead and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and proper manpower allocation.
Conduct checks on packing quality, shipment accuracy, housekeeping, and workplace safety standards.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and overall work performance.
Provide on-the-job training, operational guidance, and safety briefings to warehouse staff.
Ensure proper documentation, system updates, and compliance with company SOPs and safety regulations.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in inventory control, stock movement monitoring, and operational reporting.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.


Job Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse fulfilment operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role.
Hands-on experience in picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control processes.
Comfortable with using a Microsoft Excel for daily warehouse operations, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Able to supervise and guide warehouse staff in a fast-paced operational environment.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise daily operational requirements.
Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with warehouse staff and internal departments.
Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
