Kelayakan
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (portfolio required) in graphic design and visual communication, showcasing a strong creative and artistic skillset.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong artistic and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and layout design principles.
- Ability to think innovatively and bring fresh ideas to the table, while also being receptive to feedback and collaborating effectively with team members.
- Knowledge of production processes, materials, and techniques relevant to gift product manufacturing is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with teams
- Proactive attitude, ability to take initiative, and willingness to stay updated with the latest trends
- Passion for gift products and understanding of consumer preferences and market trends.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop and execute creative and original design concepts for gift products, including but not limited to greeting cards, stationery, gift boxes, packaging, and personalized items.
- Create and design captivating graphics, illustrations, layouts and other visual elements for digital and print mediums.
- Produce high-quality design deliverables, including but not limited to website, marketing materials, social media assets, and presentations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends, techniques, and best practices, and incorporate them into your work.
- Conduct research on current market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging design concepts to stay ahead and provide fresh and appealing designs.
- Utilize design software and tools to bring your concepts to life, considering factors such as color schemes, typography, and composition.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
- Manage printing process for project and in-house materials
- Maintain organized design files and documentation, including sketches, digital assets, and design specifications, for reference and future use.
- Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and new materials, exploring ways to incorporate them into product designs.
- Continuously seek feedback and actively participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions to improve designs and foster a collaborative and creative environment.
- Assist in various department, providing support and creative solutions to achieve business goal
