We are looking for a hands-on Shopify Specialist to support the day-to-day operations and execution of our Shopify stores in Malaysia and Singapore.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who is comfortable working independently, managing Shopify backend operations, executing campaigns, updating website content, managing promotions and supporting website optimisation.

You will work directly with the Head of eCommerce and coordinate with external agencies to ensure all commercial and marketing activities are executed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Store Management

• Manage day-to-day Shopify operations for Malaysia and Singapore.
• Create and update product listings, pricing, collections and merchandising.
• Manage homepage banners, landing pages and campaign pages.
• Maintain product and promotional information accurately.
• Monitor website and product availability issues.

Campaign & Promotion Execution

• Execute monthly campaigns and key shopping events.
• Set up promotions, vouchers, discounts and product bundles.
• Ensure campaign pages, products and promotional mechanics are correctly implemented.
• Conduct pre- and post-campaign checks.

Website Optimisation

• Perform basic CRO and website optimisation.
• Review product pages, landing pages and mobile customer journeys.
• Identify website issues that may impact conversion and customer experience.
• Implement straightforward improvements based on agreed direction.

CRM & Customer Retention

• Support EDM, WhatsApp and other CRM campaigns.
• Execute abandoned checkout/cart recovery activities.
• Support repeat-purchase and customer retention initiatives.

Agency Coordination

• Coordinate with creative, marketing, CRO and other external agencies.
• Follow up on campaign deliverables and timelines.
• Ensure agency deliverables are implemented correctly.
• Escalate issues or delays to the Head of eCommerce.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare weekly Shopify performance reports.
• Monitor sales, orders, AOV, traffic, conversion rate and customer performance.
• Track campaign performance and highlight key issues or opportunities.
• Maintain campaign and performance trackers using Excel / Google Sheets.

What We're Looking For

• Around 3 years of eCommerce experience.
• Hands-on experience managing Shopify or a similar eCommerce platform.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and execution accuracy.
• Good understanding of eCommerce campaigns, promotions and online merchandising.
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and basic eCommerce data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive in identifying issues and following up on tasks.
• General eCommerce experience is sufficient; FMCG or baby/consumer product experience is a plus but not required.

• Weekly reporting is timely and reliable.
• Website and customer journey issues are identified proactively.
• Strong coordination with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Continuous improvement in Shopify execution and performance.

This is a hands-on execution role. The overall eCommerce strategy and priorities will be provided by the Head of eCommerce. The successful candidate should be able to independently execute, monitor and optimise assigned activities.

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Working Arrangement: Remote / Part-Time

Working Hours: Approximately 4 hours per day.

Compensation: RM2,500/month
