Tanggungjawab

  • Implementation & Configuration : lead end-to-end technical delivery, setup and hands-on configuration of ServiceNow CPQ and SOM modules

    Product & Pricing Modules : Design and configure complex enterprise product catalogs bundling rules, pricing matrices, and advanced approval workflows

    Integration support : Build and support robust integration between ServiceNow SOM/CPQ and external enterprise ecosystems (e.g. CRM, Billing systems) via integrationHub and APIs

    Operation & Stabilization : Provide Tier2&3 technical support, handle system enhancements, troubleshooting post-implementation defects, and ensure platform health during the operation phase

  • Required Qualifications
  • Experience : 3+ years of professional experience in technical implementation within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Module expertise : Proven hands-on delivery experience with ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM) or CPQ modules

    • Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in core ServiceNow development tools including JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Script includes, and integrationHub
